Participants in these sessions are guaranteed the same personal attention one gets in a One-on-One session, at a lower cost.
Small Group Training: Premier fitness Systems offers Small Group Personal Training. Are you looking to save money? Small Group Personal Training has the similar benefits of 1-1 personal training at a fraction of the cost. Small Group Personal Training is in groups of up to 5 people. With Small Group Personal Training you get the same great training as a 1-1 training session at half the rate. This program is a “group” style training program consisting of 3-5 individuals. If you are desiring team-based workouts that utilize more circuits but still allow your trainer to be an integral part of your program.
Premier Boot-Camp: This is a dynamic, motivational, high-energy class. It is a combination of aerobic intervals, core based exercises, and resistance training. The program is designed to constantly challenge the participants and create active progression. Emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun, and completing the challenge. All fitness levels welcome.
