This protein is shake was a huge part of Brandon's 90 day challenge success! Any morning he did cardio at the studio (premier fitness systems) or hiked he made sure to rock a smoothie.  This smoothie is a great balance of protein, carbs, and fat.  And is perfect for a pre-exercise meal.  Give it a try and tell us what you think.

1 cup frozen or fresh blackberries
2 cups almond milk or 2% milk
1 scoop whey protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
1 table spoon of organic peanut butter
1 teaspoon of organic honey
desired amount of ice
