
Protein pancake
Pam cooking spray
1/2 cup Quaker oats
3 liquid egg whites
1 Tbsp flax seed
Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional:
Protien powder
Almond or peanut butter (all natural)
1. Heat skillet medium heat
2. Cook Quaker oats (microwave is fine), let stand for 1-2 min
3. Add egg whites, flax seed, cinnamon (to your liking), and vanilla extract -STIR
4. Spray skillet with Pam
5. Pour contents on skillet
6. Cook each side 3-4 minutes
