When I first started training with Brandon I had just had a baby and had gained 62 pounds.
My goal was to improve my general fitness and strength and to lose the excess weight I had gained while pregnant.I found Brandon to be an extremely qualified, experienced, and dedicated trainer. The enthusiasm the Brandon provides cannot be duplicated at larger fitness clubs. Brandon loves what he does and it shows in his dedication to helping people achieve their goals.
