I first met Brandon Harris in December of 2006. After training with Brandon for a year, it was time for me to apply what I learned and fly on my own.
Through our training, Brandon helped me build confidence. He provided me with all the tools necessary to help me be successful on my journey to a healthy lifestyle. Unrelentingly I would go to the gym five days a week, rotating cardio and strength training. I continued to see results; however, my routines were stuck on autopilot. I really needed to add some spice to my current regiment. In July 2008, I resigned to train with Brandon. I expected to learn new, creative exercises, to be challenged, and motivated. Brandon again exceeded my expectations. Brandon is an extraordinary personal trainer of tremendous versatility, intelligence, and discipline. His attitude is inspiring and his knowledge is exceptional. He is dedicated to enhancing his clients’ physical fitness, health, and psychological well-being. Brandon rotates workouts to ensure complete fitness and is constantly introducing new types of exercises (for both beginners and advanced athletes). Brandon’s passion is always evident. He provides encouragement while, continuing to challenge me through each exercise routine. I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me. He helped change my life in more ways than he knows.
